Last Saturday I went to a Chinese restaurant for dinner, as part of a friend’s birthday celebration. You often find curious signs and misspelt words when out in town. Saturday was no exception. The toilet sign in the restaurant was a bit…special. Equipped with a crappy mobile phone camera I’ve snapped this poor quality picture:

Telephone-equipped toilet? Toy teleporter? Tell me!

The curious thing here is that it’s not just a few letters falling out of place. It takes a certain dedication to make a printed sign with the whole second part of the word in reverse order. Or is this some sort of subliminal message that I have simply failed to decrypt? We’ll just never know…
